Black Latex Gloves

Who Uses Black Latex Gloves

Black Latex Gloves have many uses from the workshop to law enforecement to maybe even the bedroom.  Black latex gloves are certainly not used by the medical profession though – I think I would be a little scared if my doctor put a pair on before an examination.  The most popular uses are with police officers, tattoo artists and people who do any type of shop work.  Black latex gloves are the best choice for protecting hands as they do not effect tactile sensitivity – which is to say that they do not dull your sense of touch.

What to look for in a Black Latex Glove

Here is another thing to remember: not all latex gloves are created equal. There are significant (sometimes astounding) differences between manufacturers and product lines in the amount of free latex protein that can be liberated from the glove and the number and types of chemicals used in glove production. Also, gloves can be soaked after production to try to leach out the protein and chemicals, and once more there will be differences between manufacturers in how effectively these are removed. There is literature that clearly shows that some brands of gloves are more allergenic than others.

Benefits of Black Latex Gloves

Latex gloves are efficient because they very durable, providing a strong barrier with very little leakage compared to other glove fabrics as well as maintaining their integrity longer whilst put under pressure. Latex gloves are incredibly comfortable to wear and are simple to don whether they are powdered or powder free gloves, this makes them good for completing complicated tasks .

  • Latex gloves have the highest protective properties among any glove.
  • They’re thicker, stronger and more elastic than most other gloves
  • Because of the durability of latex exam gloves, they’re less likely to puncture or tear.
  • They hold up better in wet conditions and have the lowest rate of leakage than any other type.
  • They’re highly resistant to many chemicals, including acids and alkalis.
  • Also, latex gloves offer superior sensitivity when you wear them.
  • They are ambidextrous and come in all sizes: small to extra-large.

Now not all uses and benefits of black latex gloves are as dull as described above.  If you check oout one of the pictures up top (I’ll let you guess which on) you will see that they can be worn purely for cosmetic purposes.  I don’t know if I would leave the house wearing skin-tight above the elbow black latex gloves but you may find some other places to wear them.
